After 12 years, the Africa Scout Jamboree returns to Burundi with the 9th edition happening from 2 – 11 August 2024 at Bungere National Scout Camp in Gitega, Burundi.The Africa Scout Jamboree is the largest regular event organized by Scouting in Africa, gathering thousands of young people from all over Africa and the world. It is a fun and educational event that promotes education, peace and understanding. The Jamboree will once again include a wide variety of activities and place great importance on the everyday life and interaction on the campsite.
