“I am a 22-year-old Bachelor of Education student at the University of the Free State. I am currently serving as the Free State Young Leader Representative. I am an effective and articulate communicator with all levels of volunteers. I have experience working as part of a team and independently. I am reliable and punctual. I use a creative approach to problem solving. I am always energetic and eager to learn new things!”
When asked for a message to Rovers around the country, Katleho replied: “Rovers play a critical role within our organization, serving as a fundamental element in our service delivery process. However, we also need to learn to prioritise our Mental Health before extending services to other people.”

“I’ve been an acting member for Unified Rover Crew and served as secretary and now deputy,. I’ve also been part of the SSA Youth Influencer team for the Gauteng Region, promoting the public profile and impact of Scouting in the community in a positive way.”
“I believe every voice matters and everyone is where they’re for a reason, and that they have the knowledge, expertise and experience to give, looking forward to working with all Rovers ensuring all Rovers are using their own unique set of skills for the good of the Scouting movement and to enhance the Rovering program to the next level.”

“I’m a Springbok Scout and currently studying MBCHB at Walter Sisulu University where I have been elected Class Representative, a member of the Health Sciences Student Council (HESSCO), Executive Council member of the Friends of MSF (doctors without borders) student society and also a member of the curriculum transformation committee and framework.”
